#asktheexperts can i start exercise in 36 weeks pregnency

A. Of course you can do basic yoga postures but it is of no use as of now because 36 weeks you’re already three weeks away from your delivery sense to do particular exercise but if you want of course you can there’s no problem in that but check before before you start exercising with gynaecologist
