#asktheexperts Can I introduce formula milk to my 1 month old because he keeps waking up at night for feed which doesn’t let me sleep

A. hi mom no please dont do that mothers need to have patience please keep a help for the day for sometime so that you can sleep during that time but give exclusive breastfeeding to baby till 6 months of age
