#asktheexperts can i give her spicy food? E.g like sabzi jo ghar me banti hai badon ke lie kya wo 8 months ke bache ko dena theek rahega?

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hi parent yes she can be given the same but please keep the proportion of the salt and spices les.. please avoid non veg , over sugar salt spice and some though to digest food
