#asktheexperts can I eat boiled eggs and egg used dishes like omelet , half fry , French toast. I am bf mother. Please suggest.

A. good evening yes you can have normal egg based preparations there is no problem but I would recommend it to consume only limited quantity because otherwise it can cause loose motions to the child
