#asktheexperts can I add dates syrup to food for sweetness bcz she doesn't eat anything when I introduce her food

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 months agoA. avoid. dates are advised to introduce after 8 months of age. you may add fruit puree in her appropriate food. give easy to digest , well cooked semi solid food. ok
