#asktheexperts Can breastfeeding moms be vaccinated? If not, how can we work towards increasing our immunity? Can we take limcee and zinc?

Yes off course you can take longer and zinc and vaccination can also be taken no worries and take all precautions while going to the centre and prefer a centre where less crowd is there and vaccination is given in open space and not in a close room

No a breastfeeding mother cannot take vaccination now. Mostly doctors are recommending not to take vaccination if you are a lactating mother. And yes you can start taking zinc and Limce regularly these are the best medicines to boost your immunity. You should also start turmeric milk regularly
