richaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Rice , ghee , all fruits , all vegetables, dry fruits in powdered form, roti mashed by fingers in daal , mixed daal khichdi also add veggies in it. Milkshakes -add 2-3 fruits water milk jaggery.
