Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly which gwill be more helpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be used very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skin
Also maintain proper hygieneh and avoid dampness which can cause secondary fungal infection.

yes it is safe but please don't over use it
please use it whenever she's sleeping or about to sleep
please change the diaper every four hours
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
