Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent I believe your concern is that your baby is not able to poop for last three days. Well keep her hydrated you may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time Dont use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. Give her tomato soup , moong soup .
