#asktheexperts baby does not eat properly. Hardly 2 3 bites , then runs away .. Even after trying multiple flavours and food variation, he doesn't show any interest. please suggest.

A. Hello my dear parent! Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Keep changing the menu so that your child will taste different foods and flavours. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nut, dry fruit, and dairy in the diet.
