#asktheexperts Baby birth weight is 2.9kg and now at 4 month is 5.4 kg. Weight is increasing very slowly. Should I start formula along with breastfeeding

A. There is no need to give formula your child has gained 2 1/2 kg in four months which is better than the expected average weight gain which means your feet is enough for the child to take overall growth so there is no need to give formula
