instead of giving any type of medicine ,here I suggest some remedies ,hope it help:
give mixture of honey and ginger in 1/2 tbsp quantity once in a day
or give Turmeric milk.
keep your child well hydrated
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
