#asktheexperts after delivery.. recently I feel very much pain in my shoulder and spinal cord to ..when I was sitting long time for baby's take care it is very tough for me.please help

ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. hi mom it is due to bad posture .. so u should take care of ur posture and also start doing exercises like yoga cycling etc to strengthen your muscles
