AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy1 month agoA. Hello mama lots of nutrients are lost from the body at the time of delivery . due to which u can feel the pain. u can start to have supplements by consulting ur doctor Do not lift anything heavy . take adequate rest and sleep
