#asktheexperts 4 month baby doesnt turn to sound but while crying she calms down if we play music. and also gets startled by loud sounds while sleeping

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relieved by medicine like colicaid or gastica drops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone.
other rehuasons could be hunger any illness, nasal blockage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
