#asktheexperts 29 weekd 4 day pregnancy baby weight 1.1 kg..is it OK?

A. On an average, it is all right, but at least 200 g more Should have been there. Make sure that you take high-protein diet on a daily basis so that the baby’s weight increases consistently

A. mam, patient is taking 4 pcs soaked almond and 2 ocs akhroat in the morning, at breakfast boiled chana,moong chila,poha , at lunch 2 pcs fish (approx 90gms), in dinner 1 pcs duck egg, and seasonal fruit like as orange, guava, apple. is it enough? she is not taking milk product as she has an allergic in milk.

A. Mami is actually less you really need to work upon pulling up the weight of your child see I’m just telling you this because right now the child should be somewhere around 2 kg that’s what is the minimum expectation so you should have a proper diet have more of protein so that you can at least pull up the weight to 3 kg by the time you’re delivered
