Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi it happens because of many reasons like nutritional deficiency , hormonal changes etc. so please take protine and calcium rich food like Ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more. avoid drinking RO water. take sunbath for 20 minutes a day.
