Hello ma’am Some kids have dry skin only no matter how hard you try to moisturise them so I will tell you a cream which is very good and it is specifically for dry skin only so I can advise you to go for NMFE vitamin E cream you can bite from a medical store or online it is very good for the same purpose that you’re looking for and you can apply it on an everyday basis twice a day
