ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. if you are giving any iron supplements then it is due to that. otherwise these are cavities. please visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination and treatment done.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello if giving iron drops then this can be due to that and also maintain a proper oral hygiene which is very Important and also use a flouride free toothpaste to brush your baby teeth and also a kids tooth. rush like Babyhug which can be helpful and also check with hour paediatric dentist
