add nuts powder in milk
mix veg dal khichdi with ghee

Siri do not give any supplement to the child first you have to understand why the game has been stagnant and once you know then only it is going to be beneficial for you to start with any kind of a supplement and medicine and for that it’s important to have an evaluation with your doctor first
