As babies skin is so sensitive doesn't suit to all products.
Give balanced diet with fresh fruits and vegetables, adequate water, fluids,dry fruits and nuts for skin nourishment.
Use lotion/moisturizer after bath.
Baby hug,neo bar, sebamed are good you can choose any by checking suitability to baby.
