As ur baby is almost one year complete now, u can give all that you cook for your family. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc
