#asktheexpert whenever I put my baby down he starts crying he is 2.5 month old he wants me to hold in my arms every time

A. its very normal for babies to feel secure and safe in mom's arms...nothing to worry just enjoy the phase

A. it is very common that during the initial few months the child gets comfortable sleep only in the arms or lap or shoulder of the caretaker and when yozu shift to bed the child might start crying. this is fine and normal and usually improves with age. you can use swaddling technique as well as cradle sleep to improve the sleep cycle of the child. z
