Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you can apply oil on the babies head if you wish to but you should head bath frequently and regular basisAccording to the details that you have mentioned here it can be said as normal but if you still have doubts regarding this and that this might be something else than you can consult your doctor for further guidance and suggestions about it till then you can keep this under your observation for time.
