Chitradevi PMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello MOM, You should offer breast feeding exclusively till your baby reaches six month. After six month you have to start solid foods and breast milk or formula milk till one year. After one year only you should start offering cows milk. For milk supply eat well add in your daily diet garlic, fenugreek, eat fish it helps to improve your milk supply. If you doesn't have enough milk to give. Kindly consult your pediatrician and which formula milk is best for your baby. Keep your baby healthy and hydrated. Thank you have a nice day..
