#AskTheExpert What will happen if i am unable to pish to that level during normal delivery. I am very tensed.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. You don't need to get stressed out there. You can't do it as it is very natural phenomenon. And it happens itself, just be brave and take deep breathing in between contractions. and give pressure during contractions .

You will don’t worry that time you don’t even realise how much power and strength do you have don’t worry about it and if you are unable to do it doctors have an option of pulling the child out with a vacuum or their other option also so don’t worry about it just have faith in yourself
