your child is on growing stage now
milk products, nuts, eggs, non veg, seasonal fruits and vegetables, dal, cereal all should be included
encourage daily physical activity

Weight and height is mostly hereditary. Yes you can give food supplements like Pediasure or Complain but better to stick to natural ingredients and include lots of veggies and fruits.
