if their is more than 5 days are completed after receiving medicine and same patter continue.. do follow up visit with your treating doctor.

You can repeat the medicine and every eight hours if baby doesn’t get relief. But always check the temperature before giving medicine. If temperature is above 99° then only give any medicines. Rather than this if baby doesn’t get to leave in next 24 hours then consult with your paediatrician
