shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. your baby will become cranky without any reason and his head will become heavy like a stone he will try to hit his head here and there is gums will become very hard there will be drooling there will be loss of appetite he will keep on rubing his eyes or his ears this can causes loose motions as well because babies keep on posting dirty things and the mouth
