Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and smaintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment.z clean the area with soap and water

This is looking like a severe infection which is spreading so you have to go ahead with the proper assessment with your doctor either you consult a paediatrician or a dermatologist in the first place to understand what is going wrong and how do you need to read that
