There is no specific diet during any time of pregnancy you can eat whatever you want to all healthy food is allowed to be done Zaildar De Andar doctors normally say avoid eating much of junk food refined floor but if you want to eat something like of Gino absolutely your favourite but it is Jung you can have it two times in a month that’s completely alright but mostly avoid as much as you can
