Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. picture is not clear but it appears to be some type of either skin thickening or allergy .you can continue to apply moisturizing lotion over it and it is still not improving visit a doctor

It is advisable to get the baby evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly. You can also book online doctor’s appointment on FirstCry where the doctor can help you and guide you properly
