ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. As of now you can use smuth cream or even pilex.But if the hemorrhoids are too big and they’re causing a lot of discomfort then you have to consult a surgeon. Make sure that you take high-fiber diet
