ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom yes what ever you consume does have a direct effect on the quality of the feed, hence it is advisable to abvoid gas forming foods and prefer easy to digest foods,
make sure the baby is burped well after every feed and also aply come hing water around the navel area in circular motion, and do massages, and cycle movements
