for gastric colic you can give collicaid/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed is helpful.cyclic motion of legs also relieves . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. usually in babies of 1 to 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed due to acid reflux which can be red&5uced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.

Hello dear parent! Do not lay down your baby immediately after feeding. Hold your baby in upright position for sometime and gently rub on the back till the baby burps. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from gastric discomfort. Use colic aid drops as prescribed by your doctor.
