Hello mam, You can start with non veg after a year and eggs after 10 months Boiled eggs or omelette can be given Just follow 4 days rule specially with eggs to check for allergy that is give egg for 4 days before starting with another food or non veg

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent After about year of age non veg can be introduced After about eight to nine months of age , egg yolk in properly cooked form can be given But there are very beneficial vegetarian alternatives of it kindly opt for it.
