#AskTheExpert what is the right age for child addmission to school , what are the indicators for the child that he is ready to go to school , is playgroup class imp for the child in this pandemic

start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
offer more liquids and fruits

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question if you are a stay at home mum in if you have time to dedicate your child a given the current scenario I would suggest play group is not mandatory unless it is conducted physically but you can sign up for some activity classes that will help you streamline your activities for your child
