ExpertDr. Hemendra GuptaPaediatrician4 years agoA. I would suggest you to use a nasal saline spray if nasal block is there and steam inhalations are also good for your child as the anti cold preparations for such a small child are not good

Hello ma’am For cold you can put nasal drops and can give indirect steam for cough if your child is six months plus you can go a pinch of ginger juice mixed with honey and black pepper into it twice a day as it helps a lot again settling down the cough that’s in the child.
