#asktheexpert what is the best schedule for fm and bf in a day. it is a conscious choice to keep my baby on both. currently I am feeding him as well as giving him top feed

A. It’s entirely your convinience now. If you ar e getting more milk feed that if not then give formula.there is no hard and fast rule.you can also alternate if you want
