NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you cannot expect much weight gain in the first month and then on if the baby is gaining a minimum of six hundred grams to 800 grams per month then ot s a good weight and it is absolutely nothing to worry and it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed your baby
