Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! By 5-6 months babies double their birth weight,the ideal weight of eight months old should be 5.5kg-8kg.
If baby is active and achieving milestones then no need to worry about weight.
Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks - Banana, mango, potato, beans, Dal, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, cerelac with pulses, grains, dry fruits powder , idly helps in increasing baby's weight.
