#AskTheExpert What food can we give to a 6months old baby and my baby does vomit when fed with cow’s milk and can you please suggest to which food are babies allergic.

A. hi as your child is not feeling comfortable after taking cow milk ,first stop giving it. and as your child is 6 months old,no need to offer external milk , please offer breastfeeding atleast one year age. as all babies are different ,we can not predict whether baby is allergic to particular food items or not. so for that , always follow 3 days rule.
