#AskTheExpert when I can introduce cow milk to my baby and how much milk should I give my baby pet day. he is one year old. also how much food to give him. how many times a day

Hi This is the right time to introduce cows milk to the child apart from that you should give at least 2 to 3 m to your child on an every day basis proper breakfast lunch and dinner and milk about three times in a day or more according to the convenience and the quantity you only can decide because you probably would know what is the appetite of your child
