Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. keep the child in cool atmosphere and you can start a humidifier in the room which will help in decreasing the dryness in the environment of the child and this will help in decreasing the epistaxis and kindly give plenty of water to drink
