teething phase has signs like excessive drooling of saliva, soarness and itching in the gums, swollen and hardened gums, kid putting everything in their mouth to chew on, raised body temperature and loose motions.

Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. usually in case the child is on breastfeed it is very easy to identify for a mother if the baby is teething as the child will have a tighter grip the bite will be very strong apart from this if you see the gums of the baby there will be swollen redness the head of the baby usually will remain hot so I would suggest you to please look out for these signs.
