Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. just avoid cold item .Mild cough and cold may be due to any viral infection or maybe due to only seasonal variation so only steam can be given at home for home remedy and paracetamol for fever

please give luck warm water for drinking
please avoid all packed food and products with refind flour
please give easily digestible food like warm dal rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
