#asktheexpert What are the natural sweetener options for 6 month to 1 yr old baby as we can not give them sugar before 1yr Bcz they r not ready to take blend food

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Palm Jaggery syrup can be given to babies from 6 months after consulting with your baby's pediatrician. Don't give palm jaggery syrup regularly as many pediatricians would not recommend giving any kind of sugar till on year.
