#AskTheExpert We live in Bangalore and my boy is falling sick frequently since he started school.. mostly from cold and fever and sometimes he complains for ear pain. Shall I start giving him any immunity booster? He is 3.7 years old

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. it is very common that children will fall ill again and again that is within one or two months sometimes before 5 years of age.
this falling ill is just steps to to immunity build up in these children and you will see that after 5 years they will not fall ill that much frequently.
till that time just take care oxf regular diet made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and do not give outside packet foods and complete the vaccination of the child
