#AskTheExpert We have taken all the vaccination as per the medical chart for my son. Should we take the polio drops as per the latest polio drive?

A. pulse polio immunization is extra dosage irrespective of the vaccination schedule as well as the vaccination that is been given to the child.c it is advisable that you get the child vaccinated for polio if the childx is not having any type of fever at present. simple cough and cold is not a contraindication for polio drops. it is usually available at any government centre that is primary and centre or urban health centre
