Sapna SinghGuardian of a 8 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. Use Bioderma atoderm intensive baby soap. it is dermatologically tested and parabens free. I m using this for my baby and totally in love. it contains glycerine and Shea butter which retains moisture and maintains PH balance.

The best soap which suits the baby skin without causing any side effects. I would suggest to use dove or Himalaya baby soap etc. You can also use besan by adding little milk and turmeric powder instead of soap in case of extremely dry skin.
Give enough water to baby to drink.
